Processing entries

Tools for processing entries are improved in Competitions V2. The redesigned tooling lets you go through entry by entry and easily enter data into SportSystems. If an entry is invalid at entry time, you can reject it there and then. Once you have finished, you can charge for the entry straight away.

Charge at entry

You can charge the entry to the user's account at the same time you mark it as processed.

Reject at entry

If an event entry is invalid when you enter it into SportSystems, for example due to being too slow, you can mark the entry as Invalid at entry.

If the user paid for this event entry by card, the system will automatically refund the event when you reject it. If the user has not paid yet, the system will ensure that they are not charged if you charge them by Direct Debit or if they later pay for the entry by card.
