Printed reports

Printed reports are available for use at a competition. These have various uses.

Attendance registers​

The membership system can generate printable registers. These are generally for use by team managers.

Shortly before a competition, the membership system will create registers in the membership system (in the same place as training session registers). These aren't currently accessible to team managers, so the paper register allows attendance to be recorded and entered into the membership system at a later date by an administrator.

Generating a printed register​

To generate a printed register:

  • Navigate to the competition in the membership system,
  • From the Member entrant information section, select View members for sessions,
  • Select Download register

The membership system determines which sessions a member is attending based on their entries, and takes rejections into consideration.
