Role and Permission Management

SCDS Membership has traditionally had a fixed number of user roles with fixed permissions. Going forward, we're making roles and permissions more customisable so that clubs can configure the software to better suit their needs.

The basic roles and permissions will remain for all existing features. Where appropriate, permissions for new features will still be assigned to these roles so that new features work for users out of the box.
